About Us

Clifton Property Services Ltd is a family owned and run Letting Agency located in the popular Clifton Village. Of our managed properties approximately 30% are student lets and 70% professional lets.

We are a Limited Company (Reg. No. 4449283 England), VAT Reg. No: 863 3344 84 and are processing our application for membership of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents).

We are ideally located for Bristol students; our offices are situated just over a mile from Bristol University. As an agency we manage, and arrange tenancies, for around 500 students each year and take pride in the fact that many of our tenants have recommended us to their friends, and most return to us to help them find new accommodation each academic year.

Our Director, Sally Foot, has a PhD from Bristol University plus twenty years experience of Letting and Management. The majority of our staff are university graduates, so are always willing to offer advice to new students and their parents!
