Clifton Property Services Ltd is an independent Letting Agency located in the popular Whiteladies Road area of Clifton . Of our managed properties approximately 70% are professionals and 30% students.

We are a Limited Company (Reg. No. 4449283 England), VAT Reg. No: 863 3344 84

We are ideally located for both Professional Sales and Lettings and on a main route for Bristol students; our offices are situated at the top of Whiteladies Road just over a mile from Bristol University. As an agency we manage, and arrange tenancies, for around 600 students each year and take pride in the fact that many of our tenants have recommended us to their friends, and most return to us to help them find new accommodation each academic year.
